Have you heard about the "Poker Strategic Thinking Society at Harvard Law School"?
Seems like a strange place to study poker…

gambling is basic maths, disciplined gamblers use lots of maths and info on their chosen gamble to affect the outcome of the best advantage

i play poker, but I rarely ever gamble, people who play against me are gambling on a high risk rate, they clearly dont have anough info to make informed decisions

Well I guess poker is based on some aspects of game theory, and having a mind for numbers would be advantageous. It's like the movie 21 , which was written by Ben Mezrich. He also wrote Busting Vegas , which is a good read too and he even wrote an X-files episode back in the day !

load of rubbish, poker is mostly luck on the day. If you know what hand wins / is best it is all down to luck.
As for internet poker that is definitely fixed, too many good hands always losing
