Well I hate loosing and specially when you are master in any kind of game ... thats why I dont love that moment ... but I immediately try to figure out my mistakes and learn lesson from that ...
What do you do guys ?

I think exactly that. You learn from your experience. Yeah losing sucks but keep playing, practice makes perfect and all that jazz. Especially if playing with the same people regularly you can really get to know them and their game.

It all depends on how big a hit you've taken. I mean say you loose a few $10k you might need to take a break for a bit. But say you only loose $50, and overall that is not a lot of money for you, then I would just keep playing. With poker, I find that your play can be effected by how much you are thinking. If you are distracted about past losses and you can't get your head around it, then you are not able to give your full attention to the game. If you find yourself in this state I would take a break from playing poker for a bit !
