Just came across this http://www.poker1.com/archives/8240 written by Mike Caro (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mike_Caro), who is a professional poker player. He goes through a few tips on how to assess your opponent. I really like the idea of watching people breathing, it's not always facial expressions that give people away !
